When you said that cracks on walls are a sign that the foundation could have problems, I thought that it might explain why the house was cheap to buy. I was not aware that sinking porches are a sign of the foundation crying out for repair so I will call a repairman first to fix that. The window was sticking when I attempted to close it so it might be a sign that it needs to be remedied before we move in it.

My husband and I have been thinking about looking into foundation repair because our basement has been flooding a lot and we think it might be because of our foundation. I think it would be smart to get it fixed soon so that we can avoid it becoming worse and doing more damage.
