Open Mortgage Loan Originators Receive Coveted Distinction on Scotsman Guide’s 2021 Top Originator’s Guide
The annual Scotsman Guide’s “Top Originators” list for 2021 has honored Open Mortgage, a multi-channel mortgage lender dedicated to empowering the dream of homeownership, with 10 of the company’s loan officers designated as the nation’s top-producing residential mortgage originators. As a coveted distinction and industry benchmark, the list’s longevity, verification process, and comprehensive scope has classified it as a representation of high-caliber performance earned by only the best mortgage bankers and brokers in the U.S.
“Open Mortgage’s momentum continues to stay strong as evidenced by our remarkable employees who every day champion our mission to empower the dream of homeownership for all our customers,” said Scott Gordon, Founder and CEO of Open Mortgage. “Though this past year has been challenging, to say the least, our team members have rallied to take advantage of low interest rates and unprecedented volume to deliver a better mortgage experience to each of our clients.”
Open Mortgage’s top producers in Scotsman Guide’s 2021 “Top Originators” list were recognized in three categories, ‘Top USDA Volume,’ ‘Top Dollar Volume’ and ‘Most Loans Closed.’ Earning the distinction were Sean Cornwell, Emily Dunsworth, Gene Dupuis, Michael Gonzales, Mehdi Kouchtaf, James Lizarraga, Kieth Mcilnay, Sam Rosenberg, David Vonfeldt, and Crystal Whitten.
Open Mortgage recently announced they had doubled volume and unit counts in 2020 compared to 2018. As an accomplished lender of traditional loans and a top-10 reverse mortgage lender, Open Mortgage operates 68 retail branches, employs more than 400 employees, and utilizes a wide network of trusted third-party originators and vendor partners.
