Edelen joins Open after building a successful career in regional sales and leadership positions at Planet Home Lending, Nations Lending, loanDepot, and Homebridge Financial Services. She will report to VP of Sales Brian Roe and help develop branches and loan officers across Open’s national retail mortgage footprint.

Rathert is a seasoned finance professional with a strong background in mortgage banking. He will report to CFO Brenda Hedeen and provide leadership in financial planning and analysis, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
