Open Mortgage Employee Receives Prestigious Reverse Mortgage Certification
Jake Droge, a reverse mortgage loan originator with Open Mortgage, has been designated a Certified Reverse Mortgage Professional (CRMP) by the National Reverse Mortgage Lenders Association.
Jake joins Open Mortgage loan originators Carlos Camargo, Melinda Hipp, Rick Sweeney, Patty Wills, and 149 individuals nationwide with the prestigious CRMP designation.
CRMP is awarded following passing a rigorous exam, a background check, and demonstrating competency alongside high ethical standards within the reverse mortgage industry.
“Being one of 154 people nationwide to have achieved this milestone is a testament to my commitment to reverse mortgages,” says Droge. “The process involved to receive this professional designation was long and arduous and adds to the level of expertise maintained by myself and the firm.”
Reverse mortgages let Americans 62-and-up convert part of their home equity (wealth) into cash, a monthly check, or a line of credit. This could help retirees prepare for unexpected costs like medical bills and home repairs.
